The Climate Governance Forum 2025, hosted by the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is Australia’s premier event for directors, convening leaders, experts, policymakers, and investors to strengthen governance capabilities, understand climate risks, and unlock strategic value from the net-zero transition. For this year’s forum, I led the creative direction and overarching theme, shaping not only the look and feel but also the narrative that framed the event. Building on the core idea of moving from ambition to action, I developed a strategy that captured the tension and opportunity inherent in climate governance, where uncertainty meets clarity, urgency meets thoughtful strategy, and ambition is transformed into measurable impact.
