The AICD Not-For-Profit Scholarship supports emerging and aspiring directors by providing fully funded access to the Governance Foundations for Not-For-Profit Directors course, equipping them with governance skills so they can lead their communities more effectively. For this cycle the creative direction was rooted in the belief that genuine leadership in the not-for-profit sector is born of purpose, compassion and connection. The theme “Lead from the Heart” guided the visual language: bold typography cutting across portrait photography to express strength, paired with warm, authentic imagery to ground the work in humanity and emotional resonance.
